Turbine load should include: DC motor for starting up the turbine, switches to generator

Wells turbine of max power 1000mW, maximum speed of 5900rpm, six blades rotor and outer diameter: 120mm, inner diameter: 80mm
Portable wave measurement unit with level sensor of range 0 to 600mm
Current measuring range: up to ±980mA
Wave generator frequency measuring range: 0 up to 1.8Hz
Flow velocity: 0 up to 25m/s
Speed measuring range: 0 up to 5900rpm
Should be able of operating manually
Should include software for data acquisitioning and for operating the system digitally
