The HI70663L is a solution to wash the electrode after measuring in soil (agricultural) samples. The electrode can become dirty during use and cause inaccurate results even when measured in a standard pH solution. Hanna cleaning solutions remove impurities and residues left on the electrode surface when immersed in the sample during measurement or when improperly stored. Hanna recommends cleaning the bulb and the junction of the electrodes regularly to ensure that the probe is always clean and to prevent clogging of the junction.
